Q1. How to download the audio?
A: Transfer your MP3 files via TF card or micro USB cable. If you choose to transfer via USB, you are requested to create a new folder named “00” firstly, and then copy the audio as you need. Turn on the device again and use the volume adjustment button to adjust the volume to play the required audio.
Q2. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.
Q3. What's your delivery time?
A: For standdard stock items, we can ship the goods whithin 3-5 working days.
B: For mass production,it will take 25-35 working days after receiving the deposit. The specific delivery time depends on orders.
Q4. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: OEM or ODM is available.
Q5. The package can be customized?
A: To be discussed after checking your design and other requirement
Q6. How to ship the goods?
A: We can ship by air or sea, all is up to the quantity. If the orders is less than 50 pieces, we suggest the air shipping by door to door. For mass production which is over 1000 pieces, you can ship by LCL.
Q7. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but customers have to pay the sample cost and the freight cost.
